The flight is carried out with a quad-copter drone (UAV) – which will collect images from the area of interest (flight height – GSD variable between 30-500 m) based on which by means of specialized software get useful information for analysis and concept.
Orthophotomap (mosaic / orthographic images)

Digital terrain model (DTM)
It refers strictly to the land surface excluding elements of vegetation or artificial – construction, vegetation. Useful in:
DIGITAL SURFACE MODEL (DSM)
Includes both the natural characteristics of the land and the elements built on the surface of the land. Useful in:
- analysis of existing vegetation and urban planning;
- verifying how a proposed building would not fit into the landscape or obstruct another building in terms of shading or landscape.
The point cloud file is a three-dimensional coordinate system, these points are usually defined by X, Y and Z coordinates, and are often intended to represent the outer surface of an object. Useful in:
